用途：適用于 PET、亞克力、玻璃等等印刷后成品檢測(cè)。

Application:Suitable for PET, acrylic, glass and so on after printing appearance inspection of finished products.

特點(diǎn)：

1. 采用機(jī)械手上片，快速把產(chǎn)品搬運(yùn)到上料輸送帶上，檢測(cè)前設(shè)計(jì)除塵、除靜電系統(tǒng)。

2. 采用 CCD 線掃相機(jī)，檢測(cè)不同類型的產(chǎn)品外觀、缺陷、短路、漏印、鋸齒等等。

3. 檢測(cè)后的產(chǎn)品可以針對(duì) NG/NO 自動(dòng)分流堆棧料框內(nèi)。

4. 本機(jī)設(shè)有自動(dòng)報(bào)警裝置及周邊安全保護(hù)開關(guān)，確保安全生產(chǎn)。

Features:

1. Robotic loading style to quickly move the product to the feeding conveyor belt, and design the dust removal and electrostatic removal system before testing.

2. Use CCD line scan camera to detect different types of product appearance, defects, skip-printing, serration and so on.

3. The tested product can automatically sort out under NG/NO.
